mechanical weeding done 3 times a year. Harrowing and green manuring on alternate rows. Bovine manure on a three year cycle Containment of cryptogamic deseases with the application of natural phytosanitary products, principally copper and sulphur.

in 500 lt oak tonneaux, for 24 months, 12 months in the bottle
