Agricultural operations:
weed control is done manually 3 times a year, harrowing and sowing on alternate rows. Fertilisation with bovine manure every 5/6 years. Management of cryptogamic dedeases using exclusively copper and fosphate.

Vinification:
pressed whole cluster, hyperoxidation of the must. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, at low temperatures.

after 36 months on the lees.

    I love this elegant and refined Blanc de Noir! It has all the positive characteristics of a good mountain, sparkling wine. Grosjean have done it again!
