Organic WineChardonnay Le Vin de MichelVallée D’Aoste DOC
A great classic of the Valle d’Aosta terroir. The intent of this wine is to value the complexity and depth that the Chardonnay variety can express after 12 months in a barrique.
The result is a bright straw coloured wine, with an intense aroma that brings to mind the bouquet of the varieties place of origin: delicate vanilla and butter notes accompanied by a scent of spices. Evident minerality hits the palate and noble ‘tannins’ complete the expression.
Great pairing with an international cuisine, first course dishes or fish, quiches or a delicate veal. Also combines well with aged mountain cheeses.
Potential ageing in the bottle of 10 years
Certified organic in 2019.
