Colour: Straw yellow with bright golden reflections.
Aroma: A varied nose that opens with hints of yarrow and elderflower, notes of dried mountain herbs and thyme, followed by dried figs, currants, mandarin and a touch of ginger.
Taste: The palate is fresh yet soft, with a slow, savoury finish rounded off by notes of linden honey and hints of peanut butter.

mechanical weeding done 3 times a year. Harrowing and green manuring on alternate rows. Bovine manure on a three year cycle. Containment of cryptogamic deseases with the application of natural phytosanitary products, principally copper and sulphur.
