Colour: Deep ruby red with violet reflections.
Aroma: Fruity notes of red berries, ranging from crisp fruit to fruit preserved in spirit and jam, with floral notes of violet and wild rose, closing with tertiary notes of tobacco, black pepper and cardamom.
Taste: On the palate it is soft, velvety, deep, with good tannins and acidity. Spicy and persistent.
Potential ageing in the bottle of 8/10 years.

mechanical weeding done 3 times a year. Harrowing and green manuring on alternate rows. Bovine manure on a three year cycle. Containment of cryptogamic deseases using exclusively copper and sulphur.

intense, austere and complex with pronounced red fruit.
