Soil:
Sandy grain size typical of the region with little depth (less than 50 cm). Abbundance of stone residue.

Agricultural operations:
weed control is done manually 3 times a year, harrowing and sowing on alternate rows. Fertilisation with bovine manure every 5/6 years. Management of cryptogamic dedeases using exclusively copper and fosphate.

Vinification:
whole cluster pressed flotation of the must, alcoholic fermentation in oak at low temperatures with selected yeasts

Ageing:
100% french barriques of 300 lt for 24 months. 12 months in the bottle

Aroma:
complex, floral bouquet. Citric notes that bring to mind grapefruit.

rich, complex and full of flavour
