Ancient viticultural site at 650 mt asl with strong sun exposure and south facing aspect. The dry and wind swept climate allowws extraordinary maturation during the autumn month.
A year of ageing in oak casks is ollowed by 6 months in the bottle.
A deep ruby red with complexx aroma that exxpresses ripe blackfruit with maraschino scents. Special attention to the spicy notes evokes coplex underearth scents and a dry, tacnnic palate and a long finish.
Better stored for many years, 10-20.
Game meat is the ideal pairing.
