Sandy grain size typical of the region with little depth (less than 50 cm). Abbundance of stone residue.

Agricultural operations:
weed control is done manually 3 times a year, harrowing and sowing on alternate rows. Fertilisation with bovine manure every 5/6 years. Management of cryptogamic dedeases using exclusively copper and fosphate.

International white grape varieties

Vinification:
whole cluster pressed Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, at low temperatures.

Ageing:
in stainless steel, lees contact at 5/7°C

Second fermentation:
in sealed stainless steel tanks for a few months

Colour:
bright white

Aroma:
fruity and floral. Pronounced citric scents of the varieties.

Crisp, full flavour
