FuminVallée D’Aoste DOC
A prestigious native grape of the Valle d’Aosta that has been recently valued for its strong expression that represents the local mountain terroir.
Fermented in wooden vats, performing punch down operations for 12 to 14 days. Ageing in large oak barrel for 11 months.
Typically intense ruby red with persistent aroma. Dominant scents of undergrowth and a lightly spiced note. Ample, soft palate, rich tannins that confer elegance and freshness. Great ageing potential in the bottle.
Great pairing with red meat, game or a well aged cheese.
