ChardonnayVallée D’Aoste DOC
This interantional variety, planted partly in Quart and partly in Jovencan following sustainable agricultural techniques, produced a classic wine that best expresses our terroir.
We ferment with selected yeasts so as to initiate the fermentation of a soft wine that keeps its strong mineral nature which allows for good ageing.
The taste of this wine evokes the crispness of a forgotten wine of easy appreciation and an easy finish that doesn’t give a headache.

weed control is done manually 3 times a year, harrowing and sowing on alternate rows. Fertilisation with bovine manure every 5/6 years. Management of cryptogamic dedeases using exclusively copper and fosphate.
