Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason: write to info@grosjeanvins.it. You can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Send the products back within 14 days of notifying us to: Società Agricola Grosjean Vins s.s., Fraz. Ollignan 2, 11020 Quart (AO), Italy. The cost of returning them is at your expense.
We refund you within 14 days of your notice, including the initial delivery costs, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products, or proof that you have sent them back.
Bottles that have been opened, or whose seal or capsule has been removed, after delivery cannot be returned, nor can personalised products.
Bottles broken in transit: write to us as soon as possible with a few photos, and we will replace or refund them.
