Fertilisation with bovine manure every 5\/6 years. Its delicate aroma is floral, rose scented and it is dry and crisp on the palate with a tannic finish.<\/p>\n<p>It expresses its best characteristics when served lightly chilled, between 12 and 14 \u00b0C.
