Ollignan 2, 11020 Quart (AO), Italy<br \/>\nVAT no. and tax code 00536390073 \u2014 REA AO-47726<br \/>\nE-mail: <a href=\"mailto:info@grosjeanvins.it\">info@grosjeanvins.it<\/a> \u2014 Telephone: +39 0165 77 57 91<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 Who these terms apply to<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These terms govern the online sale of our products through the website grosjeanvins.it to consumers, that is, individuals who buy for purposes outside their trade or profession. For professional purchases (restaurants, wine shops, importers) please write to info@grosjeanvins.it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved for persons aged 18 or over.<\/strong> By placing an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask you to verify your age and cancel the order if it cannot be verified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The terms published on the website at the time of the order apply. The contract may be concluded in Italian, English or French.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3 Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each wine has a product page with a description and characteristics. Photographs are indicative: the label may change over time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vintage:<\/strong> if, at the time of shipment, the available vintage is different from the one shown on the product page, we will let you know before shipping. You can accept the available vintage or cancel the order with a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some sold-out wines remain visible in the catalogue to showcase our production, but cannot be purchased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a product turns out to be unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you: you can replace it with another wine or cancel that part of the order. In that case we will refund you within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.4 Prices and shipping costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are in euros and include VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping is <strong>free in Italy<\/strong>. For the other countries we serve it costs <strong>\u20ac40 + VAT<\/strong> per order. The shipping cost is always shown in the cart before you confirm the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The price shown on the website at the time of the order applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When we announce a discount, the previous price we show is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the start of the promotion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.5 How the contract is concluded<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose your products and add them to the cart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your billing and delivery details and choose your payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the summary: before confirming you can correct products, quantities and details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept these terms and confirm the order with the confirmation button: placing the order entails an obligation to pay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is concluded when you receive the <strong>order confirmation e-mail<\/strong> with the summary of your purchase. We recommend that you keep it. If you do not receive it, write to us at info@grosjeanvins.it. The order is stored in our systems and can be viewed in your account, if you have created one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.6 Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We accept <strong>credit or debit card<\/strong>, <strong>PayPal<\/strong> and <strong>bank transfer<\/strong>. Full details are on the <a href=\"https:\/\/grosjeanvins.it\/en\/payment-options\/\">Payment options<\/a> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With card and PayPal the amount is charged when you place the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With a bank transfer you receive our bank details in the order e-mail and we ship after the payment has been credited. If the transfer does not arrive within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.7 Shipping and delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Countries served:<\/strong> Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France (including the Principality of Monaco), Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timing:<\/strong> we prepare and ship the order within 1-2 working days of payment. In Italy delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (one more day for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia). In any case we deliver within 30 days of the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unless you ask otherwise, we do not ship on Thursdays and Fridays, to avoid the wine sitting in the courier&#8217;s depots over the weekend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the parcel is dispatched, the courier GLS sends you the tracking number so you can follow the delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The courier delivers on working days, during office hours: please give an address where someone will be present to receive the parcel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.8 Damage during transport<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The wine travels in safety packaging designed for bottles. Until delivery, the risk of damage is ours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On delivery, check the parcel. If it is visibly damaged, if possible sign the courier&#8217;s document with the words <strong>&#8220;accepted subject to inspection&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you find broken bottles, write to us as soon as possible at info@grosjeanvins.it, with a few photos if you can: we will replace them at our expense or, if you prefer, refund them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.9 Legal guarantee of conformity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (arts. 128 et seq., Legislative Decree 206\/2005) for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. To report a defect, write to info@grosjeanvins.it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sediment and small crystals (tartrates) in wine are natural phenomena and are not defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.10 Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> of the day you receive the products (if the order arrives in several parcels, from the day you receive the last one).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How:<\/strong> send us a clear statement of your decision by e-mail to info@grosjeanvins.it or by letter to Societ\u00e0 Agricola Grosjean Vins s.s., Fraz. Ollignan 2, 11020 Quart (AO), Italy. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Returning the products:<\/strong> send the products back to the same address within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, well packed. The cost of returning them is at your expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong> we will refund you within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of withdrawal, <strong>including the initial delivery costs<\/strong>, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you have sent them back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exceptions<\/strong> (art. 59 of the Consumer Code): the right of withdrawal does not apply to bottles that have been opened, or whose seal or capsule has been removed, after delivery, or to personalised products, such as the bottles with a personalised label from Adopt a Cru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.11 Adopt a Cru<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What it is:<\/strong> the one-year adoption of a row of vines in one of our crus (Rovettaz or Tzeriat). What it includes is described on the <a href=\"https:\/\/grosjeanvins.it\/en\/adopt-a-cru\/\">Adopt a Cru<\/a> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Price and duration:<\/strong> the annual price is shown on the page and depends on the wine you choose. The adoption lasts one year from sign-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automatic renewal:<\/strong> at the end of the term the adoption renews for another year, charging the same amount to the payment method you used, unless you cancel. <strong>We send you a reminder e-mail 15 days before the renewal.<\/strong> If you paid by bank transfer, you receive a payment request for the renewal instead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong> you can cancel at any time before the renewal date, from your account (Subscriptions section, by switching off automatic renewal) or by writing to info@grosjeanvins.it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term: the current year continues as normal, including the 6 bottles at the end of the cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deliveries:<\/strong> the plaque with your name and the complimentary bottle are shipped to you a few weeks after sign-up; the 6 bottles with a personalised label at the end of the annual cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Withdrawal:<\/strong> you can withdraw within 14 days of sign-up, with a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.12 Complaints and disputes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For any complaint write to info@grosjeanvins.it or call +39 0165 77 57 91: we will reply as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided for by the Consumer Code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contract is governed by Italian law. The mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the court of the place where you reside or are domiciled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.13 Personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process your personal data as described in the <a href=\"https:\/\/grosjeanvins.it\/en\/privacy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model withdrawal form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To: Societ\u00e0 Agricola Grosjean Vins s.s., Fraz.
